Why Choose Rick & John
We're not a dance band and we don't use backing tracks... What you see is what you get.

What you get is a duo of talented, experienced musicians who love playing classic songs and instrumental tunes.
​
We perform a broad range of music, including well-known Jazz standards, classics of Rock & Pop, and even a little Traditional and Celtic.
We don’t work through an agent, and we’d be happy to negotiate a fee that suits both you and us - factoring in playing times [normally around 2 hours], and travel distance.
There are just the two of us, and we don’t need a lot of space - even with our PA equipment, which is compact yet adequate for typical venues of up to, say 200 people

Our normal area of operation tends to be around Perthshire, Stirlingshire, Fife, & The Lothians.
Venues outwith this area, however may be considered on a different pricing structure.
